Не смотря на это, есть специалисты, которые под ширмой государственных служащих работают против государства, которое доверило им занимать высокие должности, оплачивает достойную заработную плату, но …?! <br /> Одним из таких деятелей, является БУСАРЕВ ВЯЧЕСЛАВ ВАЛЕНТИНОВИЧ - председатель налоговой службы АР Крым. Личность, которую можно поставить в пример многим политикам, ведь Вячеслав Бусарев получил старт в карьере государственного служащего когда у власти была Партия Регионов, однако, остался при должности и до настоящего времени, когда Партия Регионов находится в оппозиции, а все почему?! Все очень просто, В.Бусарев работает на свой карман, а не для бюджета Украины, «кормит» вышестоящее руководство ГНА Украины и остается «своим» при любой власти в стране. Перейду к конкретике, подтверждающей все выше изложенное.<br /> Существует такое понятие «налоговая яма», это предприятие, которое создает затратную часть предприятий-контрагентов посредством предоставления им налогового кредита. Проще говоря, помогает предприятиям контрагентам завышать свои затраты, тем самым минимизируя уплату налогов в бюджет, а иногда при миллионных оборотах предприятий сводит уплату налогов в бюджет к нулю. Соответственно, за «спасибо», т.е. бесплатно, указанные предприятия не существовали бы. Поэтому предприимчивый В.Бусарев обложил данную деятельность «налогом в свой карман», а именно, ставка этого «налога» составила 0,8% от валового оборота деятельности каждого из указанных предприятий, а это в итоге миллионы гривен. Но, как Вы понимаете, без поддержки сверху, такая «деятельность» не существовала бы. I'm glad you teased these points out for me: I hadn't considered them before.<BR/><BR/>What still troubles me is the potential for some of our extant institutions to successfully engineer this genetic modification. The option of making elders' quorum or relief society, for example, our forum for TD strikes me as suspect. My initial reaction is seated in pathos: I sense my own unwillingness to frankly engage in TD in the presence of anyone aside from fairly intimate friends - I think you will agree that I'm not alone in my reluctance. This emotional aversion to wide-open discussion is related but not synonymous with the predominating culture you have already mentioned that leads long-time members to clam up in the face of TD, finding it too emotive and/or controversial for our meetings. I see a duality, or rather, a dichotomy of issues we have to overcome – a culture that is uncomfortable with institutionalized TD in the church context, and a set of social mores that would find religious belief discourse misplaced even in groups over a certain size, regardless of the intimacy that exists between or among their members. (As a side note, though neither is very noble, I hope it is more the latter than the former motivation that animates my decision to reject an entrée into real TD in organized groups, as I think I would). In short, though wresting against a church culture that we can see as (paradoxically) stifling spiritual growth admittedly holds great merit, and might even lead to the realization of a new, more open culture, a contemporaneous crusade against social norms of privacy [in my mind] goes beyond the pale of what is possible or even worthwhile.<BR/><BR/>My other misgivings couch in logos; I have a sense that those most likely to have the seeds of TD planted in their brains are the most likely to resist efforts by Church leadership to get them to spill their spiritual guts. It may even be that our own anti-establishment and contrarian quintessence is what causes us to seek out TD. What I'm evoking is an extension of Micah's "chilling effect." In addition, I think you will join me in recognizing the delicacy of having Church investigators present while members discuss their [often complex] qualms about Church doctrine. And even in the face of the many, many benefits of frank and honest discussion about even complicated doctrinal issues, in my mind there really is no way around the "milk before meat" rhetoric. This is a facet of Socrates' allegory of the cave – those in the dark cave will find bright light too much, and indeed, will revolt against it, if we bring them into the brilliance all at once, and not by degrees.<BR/><BR/>In this preliminary phase of formulating my thoughts on this issue, I do think there may be a Church program that has potential to act the vehicle for institutionalizing TD. This program is home teaching (and visiting teaching, its corollary). To me, this setting has intimacy great enough that I would be willing, if not wont, to engage in TD. It has the advantage which Mark evoked of making the search for discernment an integral element of TD, though with the advantage that a home or visiting teacher can seek discernment on behalf of his or her teachees (which I think makes achieving discernment more likely). It has supervision by leadership, whose virtues we have already extolled, though (I think) attenuated enough to prevent chilling. At an early stage of the game, this seems like a good option to me and one over which I have the greatest portion of control. By my own efforts, I can augment the likelihood that my home teaching visits will at least be conducive to TD. These types of discussions can only be destructive if handled incorrectly. If we are trying to understand the leaves and the little bugs on the leaves without a solid comprehension of the branches as well as the trunk itself, then there results a problem of further misunderstanding.<BR/><BR/>A footnote to the above comment: I feel that it is important to recognize also there are some things that, for whatever reason, have simply not been revealed. I don't have a problem with that. I do, however, have a problem with that if that "something that has not been revealed" directly affects my personal progression. I have yet to find such a "hidden" doctrine of the church that is truly hindering me from growing and learning. Let me know if you find one. <BR/><BR/>I also want to echo Mark's comment that "the ideal forum should be found first in personal prayer and study." I wholeheartedly agree with that one as well, and, to make a transition into my next comment, "to each his own." <BR/><BR/>I personally have learned more about "the trunk" and the core doctrines of the gospel through personal experiences and revalation, which I will be the first to be a witness of-- personal revalation is REAL, and it is powerful. But everyone is different. I know plenty of people that truly would be lost without a forum of some sort, or a brotherhood/sisterhood from which he/she can draw strength from. I think that it is a shame that most of these "official" forums in the Church unfortunately fall far too short of the mark. Far too often when these real issues-- issues that we ALL have to deal with or will eventually have to deal with-- are brought up, the response is to sit down, close your mouth, and stop asking. <BR/><BR/>I recall a few months ago I was attending a "marriage preparation" class (don't ask why), and the issue of "sexual expectations in marriage" was brought up. Out of a class of about 15 people, there were 2 or 3 people that actually delved into a sincere discussion-- and one was the teacher. Most people went silent, closed their scriptures, and shrunk back into their comfortable soft green chairs as if talking about sex in church is a sin or something. Done incorrectly, it very well could be. However, done correctly, such a discussion could eventually save a suffering marriage. <BR/><BR/>We not only must have a forum-- or preferably several forums-- but we must individually find the forum that fits our needs, and that assists us in our growth and maturation process as Saints and disciples of Jesus Christ. Let me start with this point - small, private discussions are great, but their reach is so painfully limited. <BR/><BR/>Whenever I hear of someone losing their faith because of "anti-Mormon literature" I ascribe this loss as much to the lack of a safe forum as anything else. Every member at some point will need to know that they can go and ask a fellow saint who stands in good example and authority about any matter that perplexes them, feeling comforted in knowing that they are going to be understood in their honesty, no matter if their honesty manifests itself as doubt or struggling or confusion or even fear. In a better world, this forum would exist everywhere in the church - between all sorts of people and in all sorts of relationships: the sunday school teacher and the student; the home teacher and the home teachee; the parent and the child; the husband and the wife. Yet the problem is that there exists a culture in the church of looking down upon such struggling, viewing it as weakness and/or lack of faith. "I'm scared for you," or, "you think about this too much," or, "I don't like how this makes me feel," or my favorite, "just have faith," are all phrases I've heard from the majority, which do little more than repress open discussion and alienate a powerful (albeit perhaps cowering) minority.<BR/><BR/>The fact that we had this discussion in a closed room with only 5 people - and the fact that we had to worry that even out of those 5 that some may feel uncomfortable with an honest discussion - shows that this type of forum is far too rare in this church which professes to collectively seek after Truth in all its forms. <BR/><BR/>Micah's right - priesthood authority is needed to openly sanction some kind of change. Personally, I think the healthiest way to implement this change is by elevating our church culture to the point that fear of ideas is no more. One day I hope that the average member will feel no fear of reprisal for beginning an honest public discussion of polygamy in Sunday school; that the church will learn to accept mistakes in our collective past; that we will be able to have an open and lively discussion about same-sex marriage in an elder's quorum without worrying that something or someone may be damaged. <BR/><BR/>I'm not sure what the leaders can do for this, and I'll ultimately leave it to them to figure it out. I think, though, that a talk in general conference from President Monson or one of the twelve apostles pleading with the saints to seek the Spirit of Truth and discernment rather than cling to their fear of uncomfortable ideas would go a long way in saving the souls of many who find themselves alone in their unaskable questions. Since moving out east, I’ve discovered that the Institute offers some very narrowly drawn topics for its classes that have the potential to offer a great forum, e.g. Law &amp; Religion. I’m certain that the outcomes of these courses are somewhat dependent on the student’s attending, but the idea is there.<BR/><BR/>FHE obviously has the deficiencies that you elaborated on, but I think that it has the potential to be a good forum, again depending on the approach of the participants. And I think it goes without saying that could be the BEST forum because of the notion that the home is where values ought to be engendered.<BR/><BR/>But where these forums are lacking in my opinion (except for perhaps FHE), is the presence of priesthood authority. I think that having priesthood leadership involved adds to the legitimacy of what goes on. How priesthood leadership adds to legitimacy, I haven’t quite figured out in my mind. But still. <BR/><BR/>I’ve gotta admit though, the presence of priesthood leadership might ruin the whole purpose of having the forum. I think part of what makes the whole forum idea intriguing to me is the opportunity to discuss some of the more ambiguous areas of faith and the practical issues that might not exactly mesh well into those areas. It seems that priesthood leaders might be prone to feeling a need to come to accurate conclusions or “course correcting,” which may stifle the opportunity to have an open discussion. Although I didn't bring this up when we discussed it together, where I stand now (we could have a lengthy discussion about why I my language has become so equivocal...) is that the Church is not the place to go looking for a forum to discuss these personal faith-centered intimations. It has occurred to me that cramped bedrooms in rented condos in Ocean City might be the archetypal forum for the issues you evoke (we evoked). This may already be rudimentary to you; We see the Church as Heavenly Father's fundamental organization for his family, but not his only means of providing for his children - not the sole distributor of heaven-sent blessings on earth. That is why I wonder if we need the Church to provide a formally-organized forum for highly-personal discussion of individual faith and doubt when I at least have been lucky [read: blessed] enough to find myself in the ranks of like-minded friends willing to sally forth into spiritual minefields, at least often enough to keep me from deserting my faith, and to encourage me with their examples of thinkers who reason, and question, and doubt and still remain faithful in the Church. I think these discussions might prove destructive if incorporated as an institutionalized and regular part of LDS Church life. I have a hard time imagining that I would find a catalyst for such profound discussion in the midst of other Church members with whom I share only an attenuated connection; I doubt my ability to honestly treat my own doubts and queries while they listen, or to empathize with their own without summarily dismissing or ridiculizing them. So far, the impromptu fora of long car rides and late nights seem adequate to my needs.
